Earl's Ultra Flex Crimping Machine

Bowling Green, KY--EARL’S® is announcing the availability of their new Ultra Flex crimping machine, P/N D032ERL.

The Ultra Flex crimping machine is required for crimping Ultra Flex hose ends to Ultra Flex 650 hose. The crimping machine has a cast aluminum body and weighs only 42 lbs yet is very powerful, exerting 10,000 PSI crimp force on the collar. The crimper includes a manual pump or an optional air over oil pump for direct air source can be added.

The crimper die ring and crimping dies are not included with the crimper and must be purchased separately. Dies are available for all Ultra Flex hose sizes -4 through -16.

The Ultra Flex crimping machine can be easily secured to any bench top using the optional mounting plate, P/N D03200ERL.
