Stainless steel BlackHeart shorty headers for 2007-11 Jeep Wrangler JKs deliver more than 10 extra horsepower and 11 foot-pounds of torque for 3.8L V6 engines. Tuned-length 1-1/2” primary tubes create increased exhaust flow, improved throttle response and a broader torque curve. Made from heavy-duty 14-gauge stainless steel, these shorty headers feature true mitered-merge collectors designed to maximize exhaust velocity and scavenging. BlackHeart cat-back exhaust systems for 4.0L 6-cylinder 1997-06 Jeep Wrangler TJs are a direct bolt-on replacement. These 2.5” exhaust systems are made of lightweight 18-gauge stainless steel for maximum strength and durability and come complete with a high-flow 304 stainless muffler for optimum performance with no drone.
