NEW Drivers Waiver System! All Drivers MUST upload a photo - if you fail to complete this step, your QR code ticket will not be emailed to you.
Ticket Transfers! Now allowed, up to one week of the event. All transfers MUST be processed through the registration system. There is a $25 transfer fee this fee is not refundable.
NEW for 2024! Create an account to keep track of your Event Tickets. You must use the email address associated with your ticket purchase. Manage your tickets through your account, add additional crew tickets, or update your personal or vehicle information in your account.
Crew Members! Follow the link below to complete the online waiver. Completing this waiver DOES NOT grant access to the event - you must be listed as the "plus one" of a driver or have a crew ticket at Check-In. You will need to provide your drivers license to claim your crew wristband.

Check-In and Credential Pick-Up is at Beech Bend Amusement Park at the Riverbend Pavilion. No off-site credential pick-up is provided.
Full refunds will only be issued if the event cannot occur.

All drivers must present their government-issued driver’s license to pick up registration packets.
All plus ones must present their driver’s license to pick up their wristband.
If plus one doesn’t arrive with the registered driver, their wristband will be at Will Call (same location) for pick-up later on.
Only listed registrants can pick up credentials. Plus one does NOT admit an additional vehicle into the event. All participants must stop at registration for credential pick up. Confirmation letters aren’t needed at registration, but a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, & the vehicle’s valid government-issued registration are required.
