Holley Website Returns Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If an item purchased from Holley Performance Products does not meet your expectations, return it within 90 days for a refund or exchange.
Instructions for Returning a Part
If you are not completely satisfied with a product that you have purchased from Holley, you may return the new, unused part within 90 days from the purchase date. To make a return, please call a customer service representative as quickly as possible at (270) 782-2900 to receive a Return Authorization Number. You must include both the Return Authorization Number and a copy of the website receipt with the return. The product must be in the original, manufacturer's box and must be sent freight prepaid. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if sent without the Return Authorization Number. NO refunds will be issued without the website receipt.
Please follow these procedures to avoid the restocking fee and to allow us to process your refund as quickly as possible.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Product Returns
If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective product, please call a customer service representative as quickly as possible at (270) 782-2900 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and UPS pick-up tag for the return of the product. Once you receive an RGA number, if you would like to purchase replacement product, you can either:
- Fastest Option: Purchase the product again for immediate shipping. Then use the UPS pick-up tag to return the allegedly incorrect, damaged or defective product to Holley. Upon Holley's receipt of the returned product from you and Holley's determination that the returned product is incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective, Holley will refund your credit card.
- Slower Option: Wait for the UPS pick-up tag to arrive to you and then return the allegedly incorrect, damaged or defective product to us. Upon arrival of the returned product to Holley and Holley's determination that the returned product is incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective, Holley will refund your credit card and you can reorder the replacement part(s).
Holley Performance Products will not charge a restocking fee or additional shipping costs for the handling of returned product that was incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective. If Holley determines that the returned product was correctly shipped originally, undamaged or otherwise not defective, Holley will return such product to you, freight collect, and will not refund your credit card.
